The Scooterpac Cabin Car Mk2 Plus is a fully enclosed Class 3 mobility scooter, built in the UK. It keeps you warm, dry and comfortable whatever the Kent weather is doing. It's a lovely choice if you're giving up driving or moving on from an ordinary scooter.
