The standard warranty that is included with your scooter is as per the manufacturer warranty and is a return to base warranty (RTB). This means the scooter needs to be returned to us for repairs. This cost of the return is for the sellers account. If you are Kent or London based, we are more than willing to meet you halfway to collect a repair.
We do however recommend that you choose our optional on-site warranty at checkout. This means that we will send an engineer out to you in the event of the scooter malfunctioning during the warranty period. This is limited to 3 call-outs within the warranty period.
Call-outs will be charged if no fault is found or if the fault is a user error, so please call so we can troubleshoot any problems first.
